What we do at The V Word, is we try to show you ways to transition into a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, whether you want to do it for the long term or short term, or whether you want to implement it into your life a couple of days per week, full time, or just for the occasional dinner party.

We offer an interactive video program, one-on-one coaching sessions, vegan cooking classes (in various cities or online) with specialty 'easy to make recipes' and an array of tools from our V-Word Kit. Our kit has years of research behind it, and is now available to you in our program. The information we will give you will be vital in making your transition as easy and painless as possible. And yes... this means, you will never have to say good bye to pizza, ice cream or any of that good stuff! And you also don't need to stand over a hot oven all day or spend a fortune to eat like a (healthy) rock star!

The wonderful side effects of a VEGAN diet are:

No more mucous

Reduces or stops allergies

No more psoriasis

More energy

Weight Loss

More muscle tone

No more body aches

Helps reduce the pain of fibromyalgia and arthritis

Protects the lives of innocent animals

Helps regulate the urinary tract and prostate issues

Helps prevent deforestation from cattle agriculture

Helps with breathing, and asthma

Saves water (ask us why!)

And much much more...

Yes, we all know that word, that dirty word... V E G A N

It’s a lifestyle and way of eating that most of us can’t understand. One which many of us fear or even mock for lack of a better understanding.

The most common statements we hear:

What will I eat?!
I will always be hungry.
I will always be tired.
I will become anemic.
I will not get enough protein or calcium.
My taste buds will never be satisfied.
Will I be able to eat vegan food and be healthy.

I will get too skinny.

I will lose muscle.
What will I order when I go out?

Rhudi & Lani are both method trained actresses, with an extreme love for the arts, as well as a love for animals, nature and food. They are not cordon bleu chefs, nor are they hippies on a mission to makeover the world. Rhudi and Lani simply love food, and would like to show people how great and tasty it can be to follow a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, even if only one day a week. Over the years they have invented many dishes, and tips on how to shop, cook, clean and order in a restaurant, and now they would like to share this knowledge with the world. Their approach to cooking is very unique, as they include movement, poetry, Shakespeare, Laban, Alexander Technique, Salsa and various other forms of movement and performance as a prelude to their cooking, or even as a part of the cooking experience. They are eager to share their experience with you, and look forward to teaching you how easy and satisfying vegan can be! Their aim is not to push the idea of full time veganism on anyone, but rather to teach people new ideas. Even taking a couple of days a week (or a month) to follow a V diet, is an exceptional achievement in itself!
