This 2-hour session goes straight into every practical aspect of beginner barista training, to include the following: - Exploring different types of coffee on the menu. - Role play as either Barista or All-Rounder to practice taking orders and making them. - Understand Aussie styles of coffee drinking and ordering, and how to create these orders correctly. - Become familiar with all kinds of service styles: takeaway, dine-in, etc. This course is ideal for students who have competed course 101, people wanting to enter the industry or even current baristas who are struggling with the these particular skills.
