We are a Sydney based nursing agency specialised in providing exceptional nursing staff on, full time, part time and casual contracts or on hire basis. We cover the entire Sydney metropolitan area as well as the Eastern and Western suburbs, Upper North Shore and Central Coast areas. Anywhere you are in the Sydney's metropolitan and suburban areas, we can work with you.
We currently provide nurses to public and private hospitals, aged care facilities/nursing homes rehabilitation facilities and private home care services. Responding to our clients needs, our nursing staff are available 24/7 to meet the rostering needs for short or long engagements, or short notice relief staff for immediate staffing requirements.

Highly Skilled Staff
All our staff are vetted though our stringent recruitment process, managed by our Clinical Nurse Coordinator, who ensures that only highly skilled and appropriately trained staff are taken on by Shine Nursing Agency and then suitably matched as per our clients' placement requirements. Our Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) and Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) are also on call to support our nurses transition into new workplaces, helping to make the transition as easy and smooth process for both our nurse and the client.

In order to ensure this, we provide evidence-based education and training to all our staff for their continued professional development throughout their careers with us.
