Cathie is a Parisian fashion lover living in sunny Australia. Cathie grew up in a fashion family in Paris and began her early life as a fashion student and makeup artist, before changing career paths to pursue a career in teaching and translating. Cathie has been tutoring university students and business people for many years, and in 2015 branched out and began successfully blogging, copywriting and translating for online business clients through a number of freelance sites. In 2022 Cathie decided to start a podcast, after her students encouraged her to share her experiences as a French expat and her knowledge of French teaching and conversation. Cathie loves fashion, art, interior design and travel. She also has a deep love for the French language and the beauty of words and expression. Writing postcards is one of her favourite pastimes, as well as traveling, international cinema, her tutoring and conversation classes in coffee shops with students, and spending time with her two bilingual children and her grandson.
