Welcome to Penguin Hostel, I am the manager of the hostel and I look forward to meeting you. The hostel opened in 2010 and is very popular with backpackers who like a little more style and privacy. All our rooms have capsule beds with charging points, air con, reading lights and shelves. We offer a beautiful breakfast spread to all our visitors each morning and a free drink every night between 7pm and 9pm in our trendy art deco bar. I am here at the front desk from Monday to Friday and I love to give travellers advice on the best New York hot spots, especially the arts and music scene which I am very involved in.
